Chloe is a 14-year-old Eagle Scout candidate who is passionate about environmental conservation and community service. Through Scouting, she has developed strong leadership skills, a love for the outdoors, and a commitment to making a positive impact in her community. He middle name is Calypso she she was destined to SCUBA dive. She joined Dolphin’s SCUBA Ranger program at 10 years old and became PADI Jr Open Water certified at 12 years old.
For her Eagle Scout service project, she partnered with the Giant Kelp Forest Foundation to support marine habitat conservation and environmental education. Her project focused on building a display of the Monterey Bay seafloor so Keith could demonstrate how urchins are collected and culled in different environments. Protecting and promoting awareness of California’s kelp forest ecosystems provides critical habitat for marine life and plays an important role in ocean health.
While SCUBA diving is her favorite activity, she also plays competitive soccer, participates in Scouting America and loves playing in the school band. She is a freshman at West Campus High School.
Her goal is to inspire others to become stewards of the environment and to help preserve natural resources for future generations.

Dolphin Divers of Sacramento is dedicated to the promotion and enjoyment of safe recreational diving while conserving and protecting the marine environment.
