Yep!!! It’s that time of year again. Time to get your spear guns ready and Ab floats geared up! We are headed to Ocean Cove for our Annual Labor Day Event! Lorne and I are excited about organizing this trip because it’s fun for all! If you have never been to our Labor Day event you will be amazed how much fun you can pack into one weekend. We will start off with the Men’s cook-off and woman’s Bake-off Saturday the 1^st , during this event sign your kids up for a great BBQ and fun games that Kyle will host at our camp site. The next morning on Sunday the 2^nd the brave and mighty spear fisherman of DDS will head out to the Big Blue to hunt for that humongous Ling we all dream about (oh and the hand full of keepers for our dinner). After the exciting weigh in of all the fish we will gather at the cleaning station to fillet our catch! That evening we’ll have a community feed with Fish,Ab and all the fun side dishes we look forward to every year! Immediately following the dinner we will have our raffle and announce the winners of all the events. Monday morning we will host a pancake breakfast for all to finish up a wild and crazy time.  Please note you may log on to our DDS web site to down load the registration and send it to the address on the bottom by August 17^th . I will also post a calendar of events for the weekend. Remember to successfully run this event we need your participation. If you are willing to help with any event contact us to sign up. We will have all three camp sites this year and will be packed in like Sardines!!! Please when parking your vehicles you back into the fence line. This will insure we have enough space for all to enjoy! I’m looking forward to another great year with all our DDS friends.
