For those of you that made it to the Inland Lobster Feed, you could not miss the big smile on many of the diver’s faces. They found TREASURE! Not gold or silver….but GoPro camera and Apple Watch Treasure. Several divers found items worth keeping. A GoPro camera, several Apple watches, fishing equipment, and a little cash were brought to the surface. When the divers showed off their finds, divers eyes got real big! Several divers asked if we could do another river dive.
On October 6th we will have such a dive. At 9 am we will leave the boat launching ramp at Negro Bar heading upstream to areas that might hold more treasure. Lots of people will be jumping off the cliffs along the river and we hope that they come up to the surface missing their watches, rings, cameras, and what ever else the want to donate to us. We will make one or two dives in search of these lost items, then head on back to the launch ramp and home.
