5:00 PM  Salsa Contest – Event Coordinators:  Penny Johnson

6:00 PM  Social Hour- bring appetizer – Event Coordinators:  Renee Viehmann

7:00 PM  Women’s Dessert Contest – Event Coordinators: Event Judges

7:30 PM  Men’s Watermelon Contest – Event Coordinators: Lisa Knoles & Maridee Green

8:00 PM  Spear fishing Contest Briefing at Campfire – Event Coordinator: Brad Freelove

8:30 PM  Movie Night Popcorn will be provided, please bring your chairs/blankets and drinks. Event Coordinator: James & Joel Scharlack

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 6^TH

7:00 AM  Spear fishing Contest begins/check out with official Time Keeper – Event Coordinator: Kevin & Maggie Kunkel

10:00 AM Kids’ Activities – Event Coordinator: Marianne Larsen

1:00 PM  Spear fishing Contest ends/check in with official Time Keeper – Event Coordinator: Kevin & Maggie Kunkel

2:00 PM  Spear fishing Contest weigh in– location to be announced – Event Coordinator: Kevin & Maggie Kunkel

3:00 PM   Preparation of Fish and Abalone – Volunteers: Fred Knoles, Penny Johnson

4:00 PM   Horseshoe Event – Event Coordinator: Craig Brookey

6:00 PM   Potluck Dinner – PLEASE HAVE POTLUCK ITEMS (ENOUGH FOR 6-8 PEOPLE IN ADDITION TO THE # OF FAMILY MEMBERS ON THE TABLE AT 6:00 PM Bring your plates, silverware, napkins etc.

8:00 PM   Campfire, Prizes, and Raffle – Event Coordinator: Amy Rojas, Marylin Campbell, Linda Freelove, Penny Johnson & Maggie Kunkel

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 7^TH

7:30 AM  Volunteer cooks start cooking sausage, pancakes, table prep., etc.  Volunteers: Brad & Linda Freelove, Charlie Rojas, Steve & Marylin Campbell, Penny Johnson, Jamie & Marilyn Sepulvenda, and Steve Volpicelli.

9:00 AM  Breakfast Come and get it, The Neon Night Café is serving breakfast.

The event will be hosted by Marylin Campbell, Linda Freelove, and Penny Johnson.
